July 25, 2019 6:00PM EDT | [Resolved] It appears that an ISP called gtt.net was experiencing an issue in the southeast United States, based on trace route failures we were able to collect from some people affected. While we have no direct relationship with GTT.NET and are therefore unable to access any of their trouble ticket systems, it does appear that they resolved whatever issues they were experiencing earlier today since we have had no reports of any further Internet traffic interruptions since early this afternoon. We are no longer monitoring this situation. |

July 25, 2019 12:53PM EDT | [Monitoring] We have been seeing reports of internet routing issues that are preventing some people in certain geographic areas from reaching websites. All InetSolution systems are up and running, so the problem is not within our data centers or with our upstream internet service providers, however. We recommend asking your IT department to perform a trace route from your network to determine where packets are failing. At this point, we can confirm that InetSolution systems are all up and running. |

July 5, 2019 12:41PM EDT | [Monitoring] systems continue to run normally on generator power. Commercial power has been restored; however, UPS A and B will remain running on generator power while UPS A is in bypass mode. Estimated time for the vendor to repair UPS A is tomorrow. Once the UPS is able to operate in its normal protection state, both UPS A and B will be fully transitioned back to commercial power. Fuel deliveries are scheduled throughout the weekend and no interruptions are expected. |
